Here are some more pictures of the town of Sosua and it's beaches. Like I've said before, I highly recommend this beach, and the city to any visitors. The variety of fish and coral and so on that you can see with a simple mask and snorkel are incredible. So, of course don't forget to bring your mask and snorkel. We also sighted one of the local boats coming in from the ocean with a fresh catch of huge lobsters and fish, and ordered fish and lobster right there on the beach. Of course accompanied by just a few Presidente's. The beach has changed quite a bit in the last 15 years. But I still think it is one of my favorite places on the island.
(Another view of the beach from the balcony of our hotel) (View of the beach in the general direction of the hotel) (These shops line the back of the beach all the way from one end of the beach to the other. It's kind of disappointing, as just 15 years ago, none of these shacks existed, and the beach was pristine.) (Jeff and Johnnie in a park right around the corner from the hotel)
